Caroline
Salon Director
Caroline is the salon director and owner of Avenue boutique.
With over 20 years experience in the industry, Caroline spent the majority of her career working with Saks. In 2016 she was finally able to realise her dream of opening her own salon, and is now dedicated to creating a friendly and forward thinking environment with a team of stylists that share her same passion for hair.
Caroline has an extensive range of cutting and colouring skills and more recently has become more specialised in balayage and highlighting. Recently trained in ‘the naked weave’ which is an innovative and current way to add length and thickness to your hair.
Constantly adding new techniques to her portfolio caroline also enjoys passing on her knowledge to her team and implements regular training with the staff.
You can expect a warm and friendly welcome from Caroline and a thorough and in depth consultation to ensure you achieve the exact colour & style to suit you.

EMMA
Creative Stylist
Emma is a creative hair stylist with over 7 years experience behind the chair. She is a confidant colourist and is especially good at balayage and highlighting. Emma is also our in house specialist in the Kerastraight smoothing system.
As well as being a confidant cutter she thoroughly enjoys styling her clients hair and trying out new looks. Emma is recently trained in ‘the naked weave’ and can now offer the industry’s latest method of adding length and thickness to your hair.
Emma loves to meet new people and enjoys making clients feel welcome and comfortable in the chair.

AVA
Graduate Stylist
Ava is our graduate stylist and has recently qualified in her level 2 and is now studying her level 3 at college whilst also being a full time stylist in the salon.
Ava is extremely passionate about hairdressing and is keen to learn more techniques and meet new clients. She especially loves doing highlights an and longer hair and when she isn’t working with her own clients she shadows and assists caroline.
Ava runs a succesful blowdry membership in the salon where you can have unlimited blowdrys for a monthly fee from £49-£69.
You can expect a professional and friendly welcome from Ava who is excited to extend her knowledge and grow her skills within the industry.

Cheryl
Independent
Senior Stylist
Cheryl has been at Avenue Boutique since the day we opened. She is a passionate, creative and focused hair stylist with over 15 years experience in the industry, Cheryl is a bespoke colour work specialist and an accredited hair extensions specialist.
Cheryl enjoys all aspects of hairdressing and is fluent in all ends of the spectrum. Cheryl enjoys creating personalised styles catered to her clients needs and lifestyles and Is strategic with giving her clients the tools and advice to keep there new amazing styles manageable at home. Cheryl has the confidence to push the boundaries to achieve any exciting new looks upon request and she will give you her professional opinion on what will work best for your hair type.
Cheryl is able to use her wide range of skills passion and knowledge to tailor her services for all her clients' individual needs. You can expect a cheerful and friendly welcome from Cheryl, along with a thorough consultation and a confident energetic approach to hairdressing.

SHAWNY
Independent
Stylist
Shawny joined the team at AB in September 2019, bringing with her over 10 years of hairdressing experience from one of the countries leading hair chains.
Using her extensive colouring skills Shawny has been in the L'Oréal colour trophy regional finals 3 times throughout her career. She is a L'Oréal professional colour expert, and has completed an extensive range of courses over the years to keep herself constantly ahead of the competition. She is extremely passionate about her job and this reflects in her fantastic work. Shawny also offers the amazing invisible weave to give her clients an instant wow factor.
You can expect a fun and a professional welcome from Shawny.

JENNY
Independent
Stylist
Jenny is a fantastic asset to the team with over 20 years of hairdressing experience. Jenny began her career at just 15 with a well known and respected Yorkshire salon, she worked here for many years developing her skills by training staff and constantly adding new dimensions to her profession.
She is a very loyal stylist and after having her son at 26 she returned to continue her career at the salon attending many events with big brands such as L’Oreal and GHD. But as Jenny is a driven individual she decided to set up on her own and become an independent stylist in 2014. This re-ignited her passion for hairdressing and she began working at the gorgeous Liberties in Bingley where she has grown a loyal clientele covering all aspects of hairdressing.
She now joins our team due to a salon relocation and we are thrilled to have her. Jenny will share the Avenue Boutique ethos and continue to update and advance her skills in this ever changing industry. You can expect a warm, friendly and experienced approach from Jenny.

RUBY
Independent
Senior Stylist
Ruby is the newest member of our hairdressing team and brings 12 years of hairdressing experience to the salon.
Ruby is an independent senior stylist and has loved all things hair since she left school. She is amazing at colour and styling and never afraid to try anything new.
She enjoys being creative and is especially good at hair up, braiding and wedding hair.
You can expect a lovely warm welcome from ruby and feel completely comfortable in her hands.

New client Cut and Finish
This is an hour long appointment where we have the opportunity to get to know you. We will ask you questions about your ideal style and will deliver you a cut and finish perfectly suited to you, your face shape, your lifestyle and your hair goals. This is also a good opportunity to discuss colour as well if that’s something you are interested in.
New Client consultation
This is a 30 minute appointment where we discuss your hair style and colour goals in depth. We also discuss maintenance, manageability and cost, so you can plan your appointments in advance or go with the flow. We also do the necessary skin testing which is now legally required.
