The process of accessing our extension service is designed to be east & seamless to suit  your individual needs. Here is a step-by-step overview: 

• Discovery Consultation  We begin with meeting your stylist for an exclusive consultation and a comprehensive discussion to determine if extensions are right for you and find the perfect method and options to help you achieve the look you desire.
• Deposit for Hair Purchase: Should you decide to move forward, we will request a deposit to cover the cost of the hair required for your chosen service. The deposit amount will depend on the volume of hair needed and will be discussed thoroughly. This does not have to be paid on the day of your consultation

• Initial Fitting and Hair Blending Appointment: Once we receive the deposit we shall order your hair & schedule your initial fitting and hair blending appointment, where your chosen stylist will create your amazing new hair style and give you the confidence you have always dreamed off.
• Stress-Free Membership Option: For a hassle-free experience, you can choose to join our optional easy membership. This takes the stress out of remembering to save for your hair appointments. Your stylist will discuss your options in your discovery consultation.
• Maintenance and Hair Care Plan: We will provide you with comprehensive guidance on maintaining and caring for your hair. This plan is tailored to your chosen method and will ensure your hair remains in optimal condition. We recommend booking at least two appointments in advance to keep your hair looking its best.
• Confidence and Volume: With your new hair you will be ready to embrace life with newfound confidence and volume. We will always be on hand to answer any questions along your journey and ensure you get the best experience out of your extensions.

Caring for your new hair is as easy as caring for your natural locks. You can style it the same way you always have, and your stylist will provide detailed guidance during your appointment.

MAINTAINENCE
Covers the cost of the refits over a period of 12 months but spread out evenly. It is always paid in arrears, so you can cancel at any time.

UPGRADE YOUR MEMBERSHIP
For the ultimate hair maintenance plan upgrade to one of the following options: This ensures we can guarantee your hair and the fittings.
You will receive the recommended hair care for your hair type that will protect your new hair and existing hair. This ensures you get the full life span of 12 months for the hair.

GOLD MAINTAINANCE
Includes cost of refitting and the cost of a full-size shampoo and conditioner at every other maintenance appointment. The cost is spread evenly over 12 months.
The products can be changed each time to suit what your hair needs.
Complimentary blow-dry 1 week after fitting
This is not paid in arrears so cancelling early could involve a small charge to cover the cost of the products unless full unused bottles are returned.

PLATINUM MAINTAINANCE
Includes cost of refitting and the cost of a full-size shampoo and conditioner at every other maintenance appointment. The cost is spread evenly over 12 months.

The products can be changed each time to suit what your hair needs. Includes a complimentary blow-dry 1 week after fitting

This is not paid in arrears so cancelling early could involve a small charge to cover the cost of the products unless full unused bottles are returned.

Includes a weekly blow-dry with our graduate stylist *not available on a Saturday or evening.

 MINI TIPS

Small discreet individual bonds of hair that are fixed into the hair around the sides using beads to fill out your hair where its needed and give you a more versatile option for haircuts. We will cut and blend it to match with your own hair and deliver you the style you have always wanted. This will last 8- 12 weeks before needing maintenance

TAPES

Using small discreet wefts of hair, we fill out the sides using flat panels that adhere to the hair with special tape. This will add maximum fullness to the sides and fill missing gaps in your hair cut. This will last up to 8 weeks before needing maintenance.

 WEAVES

For  thicker hair  all round with a little bit of length

Using our discreet  sewing technique we can apply either one or 2 rows of hair to create a seamless and effortless look that cant be detected. A row of hair is fixed to your own hair discretely using beads and your stylist will sew the hair securely in place. 

We then cut and blended to match completely with your own hair. 

What is the difference between full head and half head?

Half a head is usually 1 weft & 1 row (60g) of hair, this will add thickness and is an easy and cost-effective method of adding instant volume to your hair.

Full head is usually 1 -2 wefts (120g) and 2 or more rows of hair that will add maximum volume as well as a little bit of length.
