At Avenue Boutique, every appointment is crafted with care, from the time we reserve just for you to the preparation and energy your stylist invests before you even arrive. To maintain the level of service we’re proud to deliver, we have a clear and fair cancellation policy in place.
✦ Cancellations & reschedules
We understand that life is busy and plans can change. We are happy to accommodate changes, all we ask is that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge of the service booked.

Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 100% charge.
We do everything we can to offer flexibility where possible. If we are able to fully refill your appointment, no fee will be charged.
If we are able to refill the appointment partially only a partial fee will be charged.
We also understand that emergencies happen. In genuine circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of the salon. Our first concern is always you.
✦ Deposit Policy
Some of our longer, specialist services such as
- Balayage experiences
- Curly queen experiences
- Avenue blonde Signature services
- Hair extensions
require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. This is because we set aside extensive time and resources in advance.

Deposits are fully refundable or transferable with more than 48 hours’ notice.

With less than 48 hours’ notice, deposits will be retained unless we are able to fully refill the space.
✦ Running Late?
Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, we’ll always do our best to accommodate but please be aware that if you arrive too late for us to carry out the service in full, it may be classed as a missed appointment and missed appointment charges may apply.
